I have preordered some domains by two or three regisrars. You think ill have more chances to get the domain or its a lucky thing?

It depends on the extension, but generally expired domains are released back to the public 75 days after the expiration date (.COM, .NET).

When pending delete domain will be available which exp on 2-2-2014

You may have a better chance, especially if not many other users preordered the same domain. Good luck!
