I have been banned for not paying for a domain that I had won at auction , even though the domain was prepayed , and I have been sending emails, to the mysterious "dynadot team" (who refuse to sign there names to any correspondence) and continue to get the run around. I also called during regular business hours and got an answering machine and I left my phone number and nobody returned the call. is there any management at this company that deals with customers,, or is it just left to the monkeys, who consider themselves "customer service."
