I can't even find the button for live support when I need it.  Getting FTP info was a hassle at first and even editing name servers takes more than 3-4 clicks AFTER you figure out how to get there.  Usually it's quite easy to find your way around a new host, but I'll never be purchasing hosting from here again.  Sorry dynadot, but you gave me way too much of a headache and I wish well to your sales in the future.
