Why was my domain deleted?

Just wondering why my domain was deleted. I checked my email last night saying I needed to fax a copy of my credit card to you guys. I was planning on sending you a copy by tomorrow. Also, if my account was deleted why haven't I recieved a refund on my credit card? Could this problem be resolved and will I get my domain back up? Any feedback would be appreciated.
