Why not encrypt for both domain.com and www.domain.com ?

Hello,
I ordered alphassl for my domain lyhits.com
but I found only lyhits.com being encrypted www.lyhits.com not being encrpyted.

You promised that:Covers both 'versions' of your domain with one SSL certificate.

Please explain!

Because you order the ssl for "lyhits.com", the AlphaSSL certificate will not cover the "www.lyhits.com". However, if you order a AlphaSSL for www.lyhits.com, the certificate will cover "lyhits.com".
