Dear Dynadot,

I have two cn domains I want to transfer away. I tried several days but I failed so far.

There are xsurl.cn (14 days left)
yocard.cn (20 days left)

I unlocked them and check whois, there are all at status OK. I believe the auth code I submitted to the new register (ename.cn) are correct.

But at their side, the message "Authorization error " always appear, and I never got the dynadot transfer approval emails.

Why? Thanks for your answers!

Your new Registrar will probably need to manually transfer those domains.  

You should email their Customer Support and ask them to manually start the transfers.
