why don't open my site

3/4 hours ago i buy a domain that domain add blogger.com site . that time not open that site ...when i change ip address then open my site ...but my orginal ip not working

Blogger has a few different IP addresses that they use. You may have to confirm with them which to use for your domain. You could also just try them all:

216.239.32.21
216.239.34.21
216.239.36.21
216.239.38.21
