hello! yesterday dynadot has blocked 5 domains on my account. i'm waiting a response by email (from [email protected]) all the 30 hours . i'm sent 2 messages, but nothing is going. i need domain transfer to another registrar, but your customer service is silent. why ?
Cases like these are handled by Senior Associates. Customer Support will not be able to assist you. Please be patient and wait for a response from the person handling your account. Please note, these associates are not available after hours or on weekends.
