When will i be able to withdraw balance to paypal

I would like to list and sell domain through Marketplace.

Since you got paid when i sell my domain.
So i would like the option to withdraw my balance to elswhere
Mostly on paypal or alertpay. ( may be you can charge small amount like 2% for withdrawal)

Please consider this option seriously.
These should benifit for both of us

I would like to see this option cuase i am planning to transfer domain to dynadot and use this for safely sell my domain with much of money.
