I have emailed dynadot but I think I will get a quicker reply here, my problem is that dynadot has recently removed my domain which I have purchased, when I decided to purchase my domain here at dynadot I did not know that I would have to provide a photo ID for verification to proctect the site from fraud, the thing is I am unable to provide dynadot with a photo ID as I am uncomfortable to provide such details of myself, I know that this sort of provents fraud but I am uncomfortable of doing so.
What happens now? I noticed they do not give refunds but they give domain credits instead, but why would I want one of them when I don't want to provide photo ID altogether, would they give me a refund or will they just take my money and domain altogether and me losing out on my hard worked money?

Please help.
