Today it's very slow loading of all websites - and I mean very s-l-o-w like even slower than back when you had only a 14 kb per sec modem.
Last week it was dynadot server downtime so we couldn't login to our accounts. For a day.
Last month it was website downtime for several days.
Before that - well, there have been similar problems for years, often every couple of months.
Plus, we never get info about what's happening and why, until well after the event, and sometimes not even then.
So, Dynadot - first off, can you please explain why you don't have on your site any info about downtime, tech problems etc? People have asked for this info before, with no success.
Second, can you please explain what's going on and what's being done to stop these things happened as regularly as they seem to do?
Something weird is happening here. My order is in "processing" status almoust 48 hours, although i paid with my card and it has been charged immediately.
Dynadot staff dont respond to customers complains and questions.
One my post was deleted!!! In which i was complaining about lack of support from Dynadot staff during last few days.
i am having the same prob , i contacted the dynadot support yesterday and got no response from them yet . all of my sites are receiving < 500 internal server down error >.
