I wouldn't recommend using any service that charges less than Dynadot, or you'll find that it is full of advertising and lacking features. What's wrong with Dynadot's deal?

Do you want a server (like dedicated server) or just webhosting? If webhosting then you could try http://www.freeservers.com/ for example. But all free webhosting is ad supported.
