Looks like Web site forwarding is not working. Only my real address (hosted elsewhere) loads my site, whereas all the addresses that Dynadot is set to point to that site produce error pages.
I'm not sure what changes we can make if our Web Host shuts down our server. This isn't a stability issue. The server wasn't overloaded and causing time outs.
This particular user is not being allowed to use forwarding again, but there are always other users who may use our forwarding to spamvertize their website.
Great, but looking forward, what changes are you making to ensure better reliability? I would hate to have to leave dynadot for another company. Aside from this (major) issue, I have been satisfied.
Due to the forwarding not working, my site is having far fewer users than normal today.
Looking forward, I fully expect this to affect the loyalty of my customers. People expect to get a Web site when they type in one of its associated addresses. Makes me look so dumb.
I may have to move a couple of domain names to a more stable registrar - at least the ones with the highest traffic. With the forwarding not operating, I am not able to use those domain names as drivers for my marketing. Major problem. It's impossible not to believe that with some investment and prudence, Dynadot would be able to provide more stability in its forwarding.
