What has happened to the format that showed names in auction and their bids,time remaining etc?

IDNs are now showing as on the auction list.

Still have the problem of all the info disappearing as soon as auctions finish for both ASCII & IDN

Are you still having trouble with IDNs on the watchlist? I added a couple IDNs currently being auctioned to my own watchlsit and the information updated correctly. If you are seeing different results, please provide a sample domain.
