verification problem

yesterday i bought a .in domain and has made payments from moneybookes.Now dynadot want me to verify my identification and asked me to submit photocopy of either passport or drivers licence,unfortunatly I do not possess any of above document.The only govt. issued document I have is my voter id card.will dyna dot accept it?

Dynadot accepts any valid government-issued photo ID. We do prefer documents in English if you have them available. If you paid for your order via MoneyBookers or PayPal, please remember to send the ID of the MoneyBookers or PayPal account-holder.
