Urgent help on server error plz

Hi,

I need urgent help. My blog www.beenishqureshi.com keeps giving internal server error every few minutes. We have not changed any setting or script and it just keeps going online and offline. My control panel is not accessible either. https://coconut.dynadot.com:2083/

Can you please check and respond, i am losing alot of my readers due to this error.
