Used to One.com also not perfect but at least they take customer care very serious and would help me out via live chat, they do all they can.
I'm in a hurry getting my site online because have a deadline. Needed to upgraded to Advanced because of many missing functions with basic (not with one.com)
After the upgrade something changed with the root directory (?) and get error 403 and 404 and can't figure out why. That's complaint number 1
Complaint number 2 is that I don't get a fast answer to my urgent support request (2x) not even with the expensive Advanced hosting.
Very disappointed and I'm loosing my time now due to your lousy service. You make lots of money so please do something back to your customers by taking effective service serious, as we have to take our sites and business serious.
