Unable to transfer domain OUT

Unable to release domain name for transfer-out of Dynadot. Used quick-release link, approved it, but order shows as status "Problem" and domain has not been released. Please advise.

Ok, I got the new release link, and it worked now.

That's what I suspected, that there was an error
connecting to the Central Registry.
