TXT entry do not get updated

I've successfully registered domain and setup CNAME record, but I'm having problem setting up TXT entry. It just do not get updated.

The TXT record is there now.  I'm not sure if you've since changed your settings,  but it is best not to use a CNAME as your main domain record type.  A CNAME record is, by nature,  incompatible with MX, TXT and other records.  Better to use a CNAME only for the www subdomain and then forward the main domain there.
