Can anyone please explain the process to install a RapidSSL certificate on a MS IIS server?  

I do not understand the differences between the "Signed Certificate - Install On Web Server" and the "Certificate Signing Request (CSR) - For Your Reference" presented in my DynaDot account or how to use them to install the certificate.  

A video tutorial would be most appreciated.

Following the instructions for MS II 6.0

I get the following message after completing step 8....

"The pending certificate request for this response file was not found. This request may be canceled.  you cannot install selected response certificate using this wizard."

Not sure what to do next? Any suggestions please?

The CSR is the thing you provided to us so that we could generate your SSL.
