Transferred domain not visible in control panel

I have transferred a domain name from Network Solutions since November 2011.  The website is working fine as I have ensured the DNS records are updated prior to transferring to Dynadot (so I won't have downtime).  The problem is now that I want to make changes with the DNS, this particular domain is not showing on my domain list. Its giving me a headache.   Kindly assist.  Thanks!

i now understand that i have two usernames (hence 2 accts.) with Dynadot.  is it possible to merge them? if yes, how do i do that?

and can i change my username? thanks in advance!

Looks like you have more than one account with us.  We have sent an email that you can use to gain access to the once containing MOMFROMMANILA.COM.
