The Emails is not working properly

I bought a domain a week ago with basic hosting , the emails that i created is not working properly some times i can't send, and i don't receive also

some emails, didn't send me the verification code to link them with gmail

i started to think i made a mistake by purchasing my domains from Dynadot

We noticed you switched your settings from the Basic Hosting plan to the free site builder. As a result, your email settings have also been removed. You would need to set your domain back to the hosting plan so email can start functioning properly again.

Seems you're using third party name servers for your domain. If you're having email issues, you may want to contact your hosting provider directly as we don't have access to that information.

Hi there,
My email address is [email protected] but I cannot access my emails anymore via Thunderbird Mozilla. I need to read them urgently. Could you please advise how I can do this?
