This is just a "Thank you" message to your staff for helping me to solve my billing problem, even when I wasn't being so nice.

I also want to praise Dynadot for your incredibly intuitive and easy interface. What joy! I appreciated being able to choose my own telhosting user ID and password.

Thank you for taking customer feedback seriously and the implementing good suggestions.

Finally, your pricing is great.

I just think it's good to let companies know when they are doing things right!
