I am a new Dynadot customer in Australia. I received an email asking for my telephone verification to my mobile. I have submitted it twice and I keep getting the response "we have attempted to contact you but not getting a response". My carrier is Virgin Mobile. I have sent two emails. I have also updated my profile to now provide my landline. Have any other Dynadot customers in Australia had similiar problems? Any feedback appreciated.
We do sometimes experience this problem though it is not specific to Australia. Usually it is because of a typo or issue with the country code. Our system will automatically resend the email the following day. If you are unsuccessful three days in a row, I would suggest calling customer service at +1-866-652-2039 (toll free).
