Take 15 second to load one page...

Dear sir,

Today, I need to wait 15 second [in average] to load one page in Dynadot.

However, I am not sure it's Dynadot Problem OR my ISP problem..

Today, the problem has been solved and I only take 1-2 seconds to load one page as normal.
