Support of More Recent Versions of Ubuntu

I am running a VPN, using Ubuntu 12.04. I would really like to upgrade it to Ubuntu Server 16.04 for the better security and support for more recent versions of LAMP. However, the way the installation works, I cannot do it over SSH. So I am asking, could you create the option of installing Ubuntu 16.04?
