Support Log System

You don't have a support log system other than simple email. Tracking numbers for support calls would be helpful.

We can certainly add that to the feature request list.  In the mean time though,  not to worry,  we attach all emails and support requests to the accounts they are referring to.  A full log is easily obtained on our end.
