I'm sorry you were not aware of the new ICANN requirement for gTLD verification. We did send several emails to your Whois contact address before the hold was placed.
whoa - so I was prevented from renewing my expiring domains because my whois info was not correct? there was no warning given to me at all when I tried to renew the domains. this really should be communicated to customers more clearly.
As for your question, many of your domains are in 'registrant unverified' status. To verify, please open one of the 'Contact Record Whois Verification' emails we sent to you at your domain Whois address. Use the link inside to review your contact information for the domains. If it is correct, all you need to do is press the button to confirm.
If the information is not correct, please edit your contact record. A new verification email will be sent to you within an hour after the edit.
How do I edit my domain contact records listed in the Whois?
Click again on the link associated with the contact record you wish to edit in the "Name/Email" area.
Edit your contact information in the provided form.
Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
NOTE: If you update a Whois contact record that is being used for a generic top-level domain (gTLD), such as .COM, you will receive a Whois Contact Record Verification email from [email protected] to your Whois registrant email (After you hit "Save", you will see information about whether or not this email has been sent out under the "gTLD Verification" section). You will need to click on the link in the email to verify your contact record. Failure to verify your contact record within 15 days will result in the suspension of the domains attached to that contact record (your domains will be set to parking).
Once you update your contact records for your domains, it might take a few days for the public Whois directory to update.
Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Contact Records" in the drop-down.
Click on the link associated with the contact record you wish to edit in the "Name/Email" area.
Unlock your account.
Verify that your contact record details are correct, then scroll down to the "gTLD Verification" section.
Click on the "Send Verification Email Now" button.
If you fail to verify your Whois contact record within 15 days of receiving the original Contact Record Whois Verification email that went out to you, you will be unable to manage them. This means you will not be able to renew or change your domain settings until the contact is verified. If you are resending this email because you cannot manage your domains, we recommend following the verification instructions in the email as soon as you receive it, so you can regain control of your domains as quickly as possible.
