Staff, please help

I would like to preorder some .eu IDN domains. But when i type domain as IDN.eu i get a message that characters are invalid. I also tried to type instead of IDN letter unicode for that letter on the place where should be IDN letter, and also is not good.

Please help me with the instructions how to preorder .eu IDN. Thank you

The pre-order box should work with unicode now.

You should be entering punycode into the pre-order box.

You can use this conversion tool to convert from native characters to punycode:
