ssl order problem

Hello

I ordered ssl cert 4 days ago, and since then the order stuck on "order status Problem", can you assist me please and tell me whats the problem?

I believe you can follow the problematic order based on my account

You submitted a CSR for a wildcard certificate.  As a reseller, we are not able to provide those.  You'd need to purchase directly from an SSL provider like Alpha or Rapid.
