(SSL) It occurs an error when I installed Signed Certificate.

I ordered Alpha SSL three days ago(24).
I always use dynadot SSL, so I am very used to install it.
But, It is not this time.
When I installed the Signed Certificate on my sever(the same sever which I use on other dynadot SSL) .
The error is "You cannot be authenticated".
Why?
You did a job correctly? Please confirm it.
By the way, I send a message to dynadot staff using MESSAGES on dynadot.
But he or she does not reply yet.
Please send me back the massage.
I want to use SSL soon.

While Dynadot does not offer installation support, both Alpha and Rapid provide support on their websites, including assistance with installation.
