Spam Complaint for my domain

Greeting,

Today I received an email from your side as a Spam Complaint for my domain.  I made a quick search for my domain for malware or spam or blacklisted and all clean

I also checked my domain on google Search engine and all the results belong to me or articles I post so basically its clean.

This Domain is hosted for a personal usage only, as my online portfolio, testing websites for my customers, and some personal files. My Current Bandwidth usage is 1% means I'm not active on my website.

I don't use a spam services or any thing related to this.

I'm surprised and annoyed to hear that, so please provide a solid evidence before accusing me or warning of account suspension. else I'll consider looking for a new provider since I'm an old customer here.

Looks like the investigator replied to you today at around noon with a copy of one of the complaints.  You can continue to address the issue directly with them.  Thank you.

The reason I posted here because I was searching for any "Support ticket system" but found only chatting and its busy or offline, so I posted here, as you know most emails from the hosting provider are set to noreply but replying your email was my last resort, I've emailed you 2 days ago
