Someone ta changing my dns and I can not change the password.

I need help because someone is taking the Dns of my domain, I have done everything to change the password and have not had success, so send contact [email protected] and nobody answers the message window back, I have my username and videopb access panel over the domain of error always when I change the password, please Let us help, to the e-mail [email protected].
