how do I upload an eCommerce theme on my site
can I use cpanel....how do I log in to it?

You currently don't have hosting through Dynadot. Do you have hosting (cPanel) with a third party? If so, you'll want to connect your domain to their server as you currently have the domain to empty name servers. They will also be able to help you access cPanel.
