We had problems with our name servers used for our Advanced Hosting. The issue has been resolved. All sites should be working properly now. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

The worst thing is that the Dynadot site is running fine, so they host their site somewhere else then.

We will be moving all our domains away from Dynadot.  Any company with this poor a customer service does not deserve to be in business.  Seem to be just hiding away from their paying customers.

We also host domains with inmotionhosting who offer 24/7 phone support.  Cost's a slightly more but I guess you get what you pay for.

Ignoring your customers is one thing, but lying is beyond a joke.  We were told that the Banana server was running fine and it was just our sites that were not working.  That was just after 9:00am this morning, before they switched all methods of communicating off.

Obviously, it was not just our sites that were not working judging by others posting here.

It looks like my employee was able to talk to them, it seems it will take another 2 to 3 hours to resolve the server issue
No other details were given

Support Ticket on cPanel Gives you their Info Domain so I guess I'm Stuck here waiting for an email Reply.  My Website has been down Randomly So Servers Ain't Stable. Might thinking of its time for a new Hosting Company.

Very funny, send us an email when the pop3 server we use is down.
