Sites down - 3 Hours

I have 2 sites down for 3 hours now and no response from the support email - not impressed.

We had problems with our name servers used for our Advanced Hosting. The issue has been resolved. All sites should be working properly now. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

It took us a little longer to respond to your emails, since we had a lot due to this issue. Sorry again.
