First of all thanks for all great services, especially easy to use interface and such a good bulk prices.
Almost a year ended, and we (as company) moved hundreths of domains to Dynadot.
Our experiences show that what the most (maybe the single) important missing feature is a simple interface for end users (for clients, for domain name owners). An interface that allowing domain name owners to update their address, phone, email address and especially nameservers - maybe except domain ownership.
ALTERNATIVELY, and the better is that API should allow to change contact information etc, so that a domain management module (ie; whmcs, hostbill etc) can be developed.
Thank you. Regards,

1- Update nameserver records. 2- Update whois information --- contact information. 3- Lock/unlock the domains and get auth/epp code.
First one is possble via Api. Thank you, but there is no way for 2nd and 3rd ones (only Dynadot account owner can perform these changes).
I would vote for more powerfull api but i would welcome an end user interface too. Let me explain:
I belive a good Api would really increase your sales. Currently many internet service providers including hosting companies, use Whmcs, Hostbill and similar softwares to offer automated domain tasks. An api, allowing control on whois, nameservers, auth/epp codes, creating new contact record (besides search, register, renew functions) will allow such companies to prefer Dynadot too.
Recently, i personally searched through Google, forums etc. to find a registrar with whmcs or hostbill api support and with prices similar to Dynadot. I don't want to include competetive names in this forum, but there are really few and require much more startup or in advance fees. I see a profitable market.
In current case, we use Dynadot for bulk registrations, but it is not a good idea to use Dynadot services for clients who wish to register single or few domains only.
Best regards,
