Setting Secondary DNS when Dynadot DNS is primary

Hello,

I'm really enjoying your service for a quite some time.
I use Dynadot DNS as my primary for the most of my domains.

However it would be such a great option to define a secondary DNS along with the Dynadot DNS for redundency.

Sometimes, dynadot dns is down and my sites suffer a lot.

We did have about an hour of downtime last evening. It was due to an upstream provider outage, though that problem has been resolved. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

I will add specifying a secondary DNS to our feature request list.

Go to everydns.net and setup a secondary DNS server record there. Then on your nameserver information add the everydns dns servers and then you will have good redundancy for free.

hi,
a agree!
could it be that such a downtime happened yesterday?
my domains could not be reached for some hours, and i also couldnt reach dynadot.com.
i think the reason why you have to specify at least 2 nameservers is to prevent such downtimes. but this doesnt make sense if both of them are located so close (same network...) that they go down at the same time.
