Under the Dynadot DNS settings for name servers you can set your SPF record under the main TXT Record. Choose Dynadot DNS tab to use for your name servers. It will say "TXT Record (optional)" towards the top of the settings page. Just enter your SPF record in the "IP Address or Target Host" box for that top TXT record. eg. Enter your settings as below (without any quotes) v=spf1 +a +mx ~all
