1. When you transfer .be domains to Dynadot, the name servers are lost. Domain has no name servers upon transfer, therefore will no longer resolve.
2. It should be possible to do a TRADE (change of owner) along with transfer (change of registrar).
If you buy a domain from someone you have to perform two steps, one at a time and pay twice instead of once.
