I see you have verified, thank you. The hold has been lifted from your domain. The verification emails were sent to the Whois address.

My account appears locked, can not put DNS names or anything. What happens? I've tried sending sms, not received. I do not know what to do ... Help!

In domains areas appear the following message: "registrant_unverified" but have not received any email.

We will have to manually set the expired domains to use a different contact record.  You will then have to verify that contact record.  I see other records in your account now.  We could use any of those, or you could create a brand new one.
