refund?

k so m upset with dynadot service.....


my order status: problem was fixed...

now you email me and ask for a photo id?

why wasn't all this there before registeration?

I am really upset about this.....


I would like to cancel my domain and demand a refund....
also how will i recieve the refund? will you send it to my paypal?

My point is that all this should have been done before payment.....

want a review on service of dynadot - "it suks."


I am really disappointed...


if I wouldn't have paid before I wouldn't have been even bothered.....

And stop "protecting" customers so much....or you might lose them.



anyways, i am done with phone verification...I am sure that refund would be  difficult process too...so i did phone verification.....

Please activate my services fast.
