I did hear about dynadot a lot (good things) at Namepros but never had a chance to create an account for some reason as most of our domains are somewhere else since years.

Anyways, yesterday I bought a domain from another customer so I "had to" register here and I have to say that I really like your management interface and also support.

Submitted a suggestion and got a human reply within hours which is something new to me.

Most registrars just come back to you with a default reply (which doesn't match with your question most times) so it's really refreshing to see a "different" company.

Well, I do get domains cheaper than here, but in the end it's not the price that matters - it's the overall experience and this has been good so far. There are always people who will complain about this or that - people just think about themself first as usual :)

I am sure Dynadot has its own issues tho, but I was really amazed about their "human reply" as I am used to replies that simply make no sense.

yea, and dont believe the critics, i suspect some of them are competition or just critics of everything :-)
