Referred new customer to Dynadot, need reply on their behalf

I referred a new domain registration and hosting customer to you.
I sent an email to Dynadot asking how they should unpack a wordpress site that i am putting a tar.gz file for them.
I haven't heard anything yet. please advise how they can set up their wordpress site from back up.

You should be able to unpack it from directly inside Cpanel using the Backup tool.
