Receipts for Orders

I have twice requested RECEIPTS/INVOICES for every order paid and processed in my account via Prepay and Paypal and showing in my domain list and clicked the option full details of domain names. I have not received any Invoices/Receipts showing my payments to Dynadot. Why is this? Could I get my ITEMISED receipts please?

Hello,

We send "Order Finished" emails for every order completed.  These are intended to serve as your receipt.  

Invoices can also be printed from within your account.  To generate an invoice with an invoice ID and company ID, follow these steps:

1)  Log into your Dynadot account.
2)  Click on the "My Info" tab.
3)  Click on the "Order Log" link in the submenu.
4)  Click on the order link under the "Item(s) Ordered" column. This should lead you to the "Order Details" page.
6)  On the right column, there is a form to fill out to generate an invoice for the order. Once you have filled out the form, click on the "Generate Invoice" button to generate your invoice.
7)  Use the print option in your web browser to print out your receipt.
