RapidSSL on Firefox:This Connection is Untrusted

I have installed RapidSSL certificate on https://www.moofie-shop.com. It works fine on all other browsers, but on Firefox (my version is 3.6.13) I get error message "This Connection is Untrusted".
---
Details:
www.moofie-shop.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.

(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)
---

Does it mean Mozilla doesn't trust Dynadot as trusted certificate issuer? Can I solve the problem somehow? Should I buy AlphaSSL instead?

Thanks

Borut

As of right now we do not have a work around.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  We will let you know if we figure out a more efficient way to deal with this issue.

This is kind of a crock isn't it? Should not have by now this been publicized by dynadot?

Because the issue is that the widely deployed browsers are not recognizing the certificates ( as of yesterday )

Do you have a workaround that does not require telling customers that they have to do something?

You might want to try re-installing the certificate. According to RapidSSL, they recently upgraded all public root certificate authorities on December 9, 2010.

You may need to use the new intermediate CA that is linked at the bottom of that page.
