I have been trying to push some domains that I sold and the Dynadot system isn't recognizing any of the accounts (and I know they are valid). Also, where did the e-mail verification portion of this process go? It no longer asks to verify the e-mail address along with the account ID. Is it just my computer or is there a glitch? I just pushed several domains recently and they went fine. Please address ASAP. Thanks.
it's a fairly ridiculous change if you ask me...anyway, in the future, just give your buyers this url, which is where they can find their forum name...
We have addressed this in another forum post. Here is our reply:
The change to forum name is a recent change. It was changed due to security concerns. Your Dynadot username and email address is considered sensitive information.
We do understand that this may cause confusion as this is a change to the push process, but we hope that you understand that we have your account security in mind.
Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

I just pushed a domain. If you have the person's forum name it works fine,
m_p_lacolle_ca, I would just use m_p_lacolle_ca and psuh the domin as normal. Just pushed a domain to sedo. They provided me their forum name and no problem.
When the person check their account they will see:
Account Info Username Forum Name Name Email Phone Address
Just get the forum name from them to make the push.
