If the IP lookup and the Snapshot tool display the page fine, most likely you have a caching issue either with your computer or with your ISP (Internet Service Provider).  You may want to read this post in our FAQ for ideas on how to troubleshoot your problem:

Why is my website offline?

I have visited yahpremium.com, and it prompted me for a Username & Password.  I pressed the escape button to cancel it, and it leads me to a white page with this text: "You can't access this file directly..."
