problem with PoP email account

I have a email account, and i have configured it in my outlook express, but for some reason i am not able to send it to hotmail and yahoo accounts, it bounces back - any suggestions?

Could you email us the bounced messages, and we can take a look at the headers and try to figure it out for you.
