I'm new to Dynadot as I have just purchased a domain. I began my account today and I have just been asked to confirm my phone number in order to verify my identity or Dynadot reserves the right to cancel my domain.

I never received a call, and it is to expensive (regarding domain price) to call USA phone number since I'm from Europe.

Is there any other option to verify my identity, like sending a scan of my ID or something?

Yes,  we will accept a valid, government-issued photo ID in place of telephone verification.  Feel free to hide your home address and drivers license/passport number.

We will change your verification method and send you out a new email request momentarily.
